about
This wedding started with an unusual proposal: the groom asked us to organize a surprise party for his bride. And there was one caveat — the celebration was only a couple of weeks away!
Our task was to prepare everything in secret, but in the process it became clear that it was important for the bride to feel involved, because this has its own romance. Therefore, the surprise had to be revealed a little earlier. But the groom's gesture and his desire to create an unforgettable day for his beloved captivated us.
The concept is based on a dialogue of opposites. Therefore, everything on this day was built on contrast.:
- Colors: a soft creamy shade and a deep brown range.
- Textures: delicate floristry and rough skin.
- Locations: modern, concise design against the backdrop of a luxurious villa.
- Emotions: romantic poetry and light humor in the script.
CEREMONY
The bride's main wish was a ceremony among cascades of fountains overlooking the villa. We have maintained a balance between privacy and solemnity: a minimalistic gazebo framed by yellow peonies has created a cozy and festive atmosphere.
We love directing emotions, so the ceremony was based on contrasts. At first, Anya Aspeti's touching poems brought everyone to tears, and then comedian Vladimir Marconi's unexpected appearance with rings instantly defused the situation, shifting emotions from emotion to laughter.
The ceremony ended with a powerful and bright daytime fireworks display, which turned the fountain area into a real extravaganza.
DINNER
Initially, the banquet was planned in another hall, but due to the increase in the number of guests, we moved it to the ballroom. The walls were decorated with creamy draperies, a grand piano was placed in the center, and a semicircular table with leather trim and lots of candles became the main accent.
And we also love to think over the stage area, because the guests spend most of the evening next to it. This time we decided to make three scenes, two of which were hidden behind draperies. They were revealed only during the performances of the musicians — so we kept the conciseness and intrigue, because all the equipment was hidden behind the drapery.
Bottom line: a day that will be remembered forever
This wedding has become a story not only for the lovers, but also for our entire team. Two weeks of crazy preparations, hundreds of details, emotions that cannot be expressed in words, and in the end, a day that exceeded all expectations.
