Wedding in Dubai
We have over 20 countries in our portfolio. We follow the main international venues and always know what to offer those couples who want to organize a wedding abroad.
This Dubai story happened to us and a very beautiful couple we fell in love with at first sight - Christina and Fedor.
The wedding lasted two days: the first day was a garden party in the lemon garden of Bulgari Resort Dubai, plus music and dancing at the yacht club. The second was an alien dinner in the desert and party. Now we'll tell you more about the first day.
Ceremony and formal dinner
Everything started with the gathering of guests on the grounds of the BVLGARI Hotel. The official part took place in
Lemon Garden. The main difficulty was that more than a hundred people had to be accommodated in a small area where the ceremony and dinner were to be held. In the end, we found an ingenious solution and in the center of the garden we built a wall that helped create two areas for the wellcome and dinner, and also became an area for the ceremony and a stage for the performers.
About the bees
We had an interesting force majeure during the installation of the banquet and outdoor ceremony area. This time the insect treatment didn't work, and thousands of bees flew to a certain variety of flowers. At first we panicked, but then we came up with the idea to remove these flowers from the tables, move most of them to the upper tiers of compositions located on the arches in the garden. And several hours additionally processed each flower, it took a lot of time and effort, but in the end the problem was solved, and by the beginning of the event guests were waiting for beautiful flowers without beautiful bees.
No one is immune to unforeseen circumstances, the question is how the team operates under stress. For this purpose, we gather around proven people for years, keep our experience and work looking back on all situations that happen on projects. This is the life of an eventer - stressful and very un-boring
Music & Poems
Musician and screenwriter Vasya Zorky wrote poems about the story of Christina and Fedor and their love. And the ceremony was conducted by actor Anton Lavrentiev, who read poems and performed author's songs accompanied by The Gipsy Band. It turned out to be an incredible combo, about two lovers who entrusted us to be witnesses of the most important sacrament in their lives. The music didn't end there, M'Dee and The Limba, the guys' favorite performers, sang the lines that are still running through my head: "All these words are a lie. It ain't love, baby, I'm just drunk."
Change of scenery
We love doing multiple locations throughout the evening. It helps to create additional experiences for guests and create just the right space for a specific purpose. So after dinner, we took guests on golf carts to the hotel yacht club. Here they were immediately immersed in the atmosphere of a glamorous bar with musicians and dancing. In the center of the hall we hung a huge glass chandelier, put the light so that it shimmered with thousands of lights and became the main art object of the evening (after Christina's incredible outfits, of course).
We are ready to look at the video and photos from the first day endlessly, but we still have an incredible day in the desert ahead of us, which we can't wait to tell you about too
