Lisa and Maxim
about
Lisa and Maxim are the heroes of our new story. She is a beauty pageant winner, and he is the supplier of the coolest artificial Christmas trees for the entire event industry, MAX CHRISTMAS.
So, the couple was already familiar with many contractors, which made it even more pleasant that they chose us to organize the most important day of their lives.
ABOUT THE DECOR
The moment when we brainstorm how to seat the guests opens up whole portals to creativity. This time, we created tablecloths with each guest's name and a symbol embroidered next to their plate, which was unique to them. From the first moments, we wanted the guests to understand that they were expected, thought of, and prepared for. The tablecloths also featured embroidered sunflowers and office clips. These were not just random elements; they represented the groom's favorite tattoos.
At the entrance, we hung posters with photos of the couple and their little "big love" — their corgi named Ruley. On one of the posters, guests wrote wishes and attached their Polaroid photos, creating an analog version of a guestbook.
The couple also gifted a large image of Ruley to one of the guests.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We always add a lot of unique features and inside jokes that are understood only by the couple and their guests. Usually, they don't mean anything to the casual observer, who might not even notice them. The program was filled with a huge amount of meaningful details that were only understood by these specific people.
A FEW MORE DETAILS
We created branded drinks and burgers to serve the guests.
Lisa and Maxim's favorite "Pu'er Cola" from Lucky Group became the drink named after our couple. This seemingly simple detail impressed all the guests 😄
CAKE
The atmosphere of heartfelt surrealism, often seen in Soviet comedies, prevailed throughout the evening. And the cake was no exception!
We decorated this three-tiered beauty with flowers on long, uncut legs. It turned out very surrealistic and stylish, almost like modern art!
LOVE STORY
The couple is very artistic and cinematic. ❤️
Lisa and Maxim didn't want their love story shoot to consist of overly romantic but unnatural shots. We thought that if it were a film — a film about them and their wedding — it would be an ironic take on staged shots in the style of 80s Soviet cinema.
By the way, we almost forgot to tell you about one of the inside jokes — an allusion to the English word "please," and Plys is the groom's last name. It turned out to be a double meaning of a simple sentence 😄🫰
Enjoy, Plys!
