- Victor and Ksenia are just the couple that travels a lot, loves good wine and retro music – so basically speaking, it’s just a couple from a beautiful retro movie.
This is what inspired us to choose the 50s/60s Hollywood movie concept.
Our couple dreamed of a wedding in Italy and had started the preparation process long before the quarantine. The situation in the world changed the location, but not the tasks that we were to face. After a long search for the perfect venue in Moscow, we made a common decision – to build a new tent on the territory of the Agalarov Estate hotel, which met the couple's wishes and our technical and aesthetic requirements.
We got a new interpretation of elegant modern classics, to which we added some special mood and charm with the help of furniture, details, textures, correctly placed accents and music. We created a mood that allowed the guests to plunge into the atmosphere of a retro Hollywood film.
- The ceremony area was made of hundreds of fresh-cut roses, which made this important moment even more solemn. We also installed a large canvas, which functioned as a beautiful background for registration, and towards the night it was transformed into a screen for our open-air cinema.
After the registration, the guests moved to the tent. We have not met such structures yet as the tent we created in Moscow. The basic element was the black color of the tent – it added some special charm to all décor items, while light jazz, crystal chandeliers shimmering in the sun, and tables decorated with beautiful table setting and printing helped to create lovely atmosphere inside the tent.
After the gala dinner we prepared another surprise for the guests – an open-air cinema and the entertainment show, that ended the celebration evening beautifully. The show was staged as a musical. The guests enjoyed jazz compositions of the best performers of that time, such as Andy Williams, Frank Sinatra. Everyone took their places on soft poufs, waiters served cocktails, heavy smoke shimmered beautifully in the rays of retro spotlights. Everyone was in anticipation of the film's premiere. The guests watched an incredibly atmospheric video shot in the style of a small movie just right on the wedding day. Another unforgettable moment of the evening was a dynamic dance performed by the couple, accompanied by backing vocalists and a wind octet. And the presentation of the cake became a spectacular end to the show.
Never deny yourself your desires, only then everything will be just like in a movie – both jazz in a live performance of the wind octet and romantics in a bar with vintage crystal glasses.
