- “There is a place, where fire interweaves with water and a different nature comes into the world – feelings deeper than any ocean, seething like a volcano and quiet like a sea slick. There, where water lights a flame – there love motions you beyond the horizon…”
We were faced with organization of the wedding in Sorrento for our couple, with showing its endless breathtaking sceneries to our guests, with submerging them into the moving love-story of our couple and leading them beyond the horizon for these four days.
A natural rock cave with video-projection on the walls and light show was chosen as a place for the solemn ceremony. In order to take a video for projection we set off to the neighbor islands of Italy, where we organized the shooting, that lasted several days – we took videos under the water, on the volcano, on the yacht. Especially difficult was underwater taping – we had to think over a lot of special details. For instance the bride’s dress was specially sewn in such a way, that it could waver beautifully even at a considerable depth.
- Together with the couple we won the volcano top Vulcano-della-fossa, which dazzles with fog streams of constantly fuming hydrogen sulfide like no other. The combination of nature powers and inartificial fluttering nature of this place amazes and makes a feeling, the world is only for the two of them…
A bit later a specially designed fashion-shooting of the bride’s morning arrangements took place. “Sorrento” means “the land of seamaids” and our choice of such a bold and at the same time uncluttered look amidst the rocks on the stony coast of the Bay of Naples was not accidental.
