GIPSY SPLAV
-
We prepared this event for Dasha HO, with whom we already have experience creating more than one cool event. We are sure that for those who follow our work, the words "circus", "career" and "extramarital night" are not an empty word. This time Dasha decided to celebrate her birthday by gathering all her friends in her hometowns in the Saratov region and rafting on the Medveditsa River. To make this adventure truly atmospheric, we have proposed a gipsy-style concept. We think it turned out amazing!
The event was long, so let's talk about everything in order. We had three locations. At the first, the guests arrived from Dasha's house. Here we treated everyone with a spray from the sun and mosquitoes, gave them raincoats in case of bad weather, caps and the necessary equipment for kayaking. Everyone was instructed and went to enjoy the local beauties.
We love it when guests at events don't know what awaits them in the next minute. Therefore, we found sand dunes for lunch, set up tents, low tables and poufs, and also invited those who wanted to participate in cooking and ride horses to fully experience the delights of nomadic life — this is gipsy rafting! We spent a lot of time searching for suitable tents, but we couldn't find them, so we decided to custom-make them in the shape, color, and size we needed. We are sure that this was one of the important details to create the right atmosphere.
For several days we built a whole glamping, which became the final point of our rafting trip. We have created comfortable restrooms, showers, installed sinks and mirrors, found beautiful tents and made beds for everyone. We also assembled a "care box" with everything necessary for a comfortable stay in nature. In fact, we have created an entire infrastructure in a place where there was none, and we are proud of the environmental friendliness of this development. Despite the scale of the work, the next day we dismantled everything and left the forest in its original form.

Together with Yulia Berezhnykh, we installed several unique tents, each of which met our objectives. In one, guests could tidy themselves up after a hot day with the help of stylists and image attributes. In another, a real fortune teller answered questions about the past and the future — this place became especially popular among the guests. The third caravan served as a stage for the artists and the center of attraction for the entire event.
Before events, we often hear concerns that the presenter will add formality and kill the ease. We are sure that this will not happen if we use simple techniques that help make the presenter practically a guest. This time, Misha Belyanin met guests at Dasha's house and was on the same vibe with them from the very beginning of the day. Instead of a microphone, he had a plowshare, which became a separate interactive experience — everyone could use it to address everyone. Misha went kayaking with the guests and played guitar around the campfire in the evening.
In the evening, when the sun set, the atmosphere became especially magical: the musicians perfectly fit into the concept, the forest was illuminated with warm light, and a bonfire and endless dancing with tambourines lit up around.
