GRAND PRIX "BEST PRIVATE EVENT"
-
We celebrated our long-time client's 50th anniversary with an entire weekend of festivities, as many guests came from different cities and we wanted to give them the opportunity to relax and socialize.
Knowing the guest of honor well, the concept for this event was born instantly. Both days had to reflect the birthday celebrant's character, so they became grand, bold, and heartfelt: the first day was formal, while the second was more informal and mischievous.
On the first day, we drew inspiration from the opera "Tosca" at the Bolshoi Theatre and contemporary music to create an atmosphere of grandeur and classical elegance, but without excessive pomp.
In the decor, we incorporated recognizable visuals from the opera: ancient sculptures and a combination of warm and neon lighting.
The event program included ballet performances to modern hits, famous songs by the band "Leningrad" performed by opera singers, and accompanied by an orchestra.

When developing the script, we always draw inspiration from the birthday celebrant and their guests. This time, we prepared a program that was entirely about the guests and the birthday celebrant. It had a mix of solemnity and humor – the perfect formula for a significant anniversary celebration among close friends and family.
The second day took place in a real concrete collector to create a grand and cozy atmosphere. We used soft furniture, fire on the tables, warm lighting, and textured materials. The food was in a "street food" format, prepared over an open fire.
In the program, we allowed ourselves to be more mischievous than on the first day. We tested how far guests were willing to go for the birthday celebrant – someone got a chest tattoo, someone had to get waxed, and someone even face-planted into a cake. Thus, guests were able to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of humor, childhood, and simply relax.
It's difficult to surprise this audience, but it seems like we managed to do so!
