A SMALL CELEBRATION
-
We organized this event for our regular clients. It was the birthday of a girl who lives in Minsk, travels a lot with her husband, and they had never been to St. Petersburg before. We had long dreamed of arranging an event for them in this city. And this time, everything fell into place perfectly!
We planned a "minimum" program for them, including the must-visit places when you are in this city for the first time.
The next day, everyone gathered at the Trubetskoy-Naryshkin Mansion, which we rented exclusively for this small group of eight people.
Privacy, intimacy, but with a grand scale - everyone sitting at one table, delicious food, and a heartfelt program. Each member of the team who worked on this event found themselves thinking that they would also like to celebrate their birthday in a similar way!
The highlight of this project was the chairs!

They replaced the usual seating cards with a unique touch. A local artist from St. Petersburg hand-drew them based on our references, which we paid great attention to! Each card featured the portrait of a specific guest and phrases carefully chosen and tailored to them.
Each card was like a work of art!
It was important for our heroine not to overwhelm the evening with a packed program. The group was small, and she wanted everyone to have time to enjoy each other's company.
We thought that Prosecco shows could create the perfect atmosphere. They incorporated improvised stories from the friends' lives, giving everyone another reason to reminisce about what unites them. And for the musical part, Ruslan Sabirov took charge, playing the piano.
And, of course, we didn't forget about the afterparty! We sent our small group on a boat ride through the canals of St. Petersburg. Could there be a more perfect way to end the evening in the city on the Neva River?
